Returns & Exchanges

  • Inspection Period: We kindly ask customers to inspect their orders upon delivery while the shipping representative is present.

  • Eligibility: You may request a return or exchange if the product has a manufacturing defect, a color discrepancy, or does not match the product images.

  • Post-Delivery Issues: If an issue or discrepancy is reported after the shipping representative has departed, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to process the exchange or return.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made items are final sale. Returns or exchanges for these items are only accepted if there is a clear manufacturing error or if the item does not match the agreed-upon specifications.

After-Sales Maintenance

  • Free Services: We offer complimentary polishing, repair of damaged parts, and mounting of non-precious stones.

  • Paid Services: Modifications such as replating, name changes, chain length adjustments, or design alterations are subject to additional fees.




    سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع (Refund & Return Policy)

    أولاً: فحص الطلب

    • يرجى التأكد من الطلب وفحصه جيداً قبل مغادرة مندوب شركة الشحن. في حالة وجود أي اختلاف أو مشكلة، يُفضل معالجتها فوراً مع المندوب.

    ثانياً: حالات الاسترجاع والاستبدال

    • يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع في الحالات التالية فقط:

      1. وجود عيب صناعة واضح في القطعة.

      2. اختلاف لون المنتج عن المطلوب.

      3. عدم مطابقة المنتج النهائي للصور المعروضة على الموقع.

    • في حال اكتشاف مشكلة بعد مغادرة المندوب، يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن الإضافية لإعادة المنتج أو استبداله.

    ثالثاً: الطلبات الخاصة (Custom Orders)

    • يمنع تماماً استبدال أو استرجاع أي طلبات تم تنفيذها خصيصاً بناءً على طلب العميل (مثل القطع المحفور عليها أسماء أو المصممة بمقاسات خاصة)، إلا في حالة وجود خطأ في التصنيع أو مخالفة للمواصفات المتفق عليها.

    رابعاً: خدمات ما بعد البيع

    • نوفر خدمات مجانية تشمل: التلميع، إصلاح الأجزاء المتضررة، وتركيب الأحجار غير الكريمة.

    • يتحمل العميل تكاليف الخدمات التالية: إعادة الطلاء، تغيير نوع الطلاء، تعديل الأسماء، تعديل طول السلسلة، أو تغيير شكل القطعة.
